Art Residency Application Form

Please note: This application is for Art Residency only. To book the Recording Studio at the Old Carpet Factory, please refer to the Inquiry Form.

Please make sure to fill out all the fields marked with "*" before clicking "Apply." Attached files cannot accede 10mb per attachment.

After you click the Apply button, look for an automatic confirmation email. Please do not send your applications via email. All applications must be submitted through the Application Form. 

The Panel will review proposals and notify selected applicants via the email no later than 30 days after the submission. If we have any questions about your project, we will contact the applicant.
